Return Policy
All unused/unopened items may be returned for a full refund of the product price within 30 days. We do not refund shipping charges. All used/opened product returns will be evaluated individually.

For approved returns we will issue a credit to your charge card within 24 hours. In cases where we have shipped you an incorrect product, we will issue a UPS call tag to have the item picked up at our expense. We will also re-ship the corrected order to you at no additional charge.
Shipping
Shipping will be by UPS Ground. If another form of shipping would be preferred for expedited we will be happy to assist. Please contact Maxwell. There are no other shipping or handling charges added to the shipping cost, we charge what the ups rates are.
